This ASP Grip cap makes the baton easier to draw and also increases
baton retention and handling. It is designed to provide additional grip in wet
or cold conditions. Powder coated texture paint provides a non-glare finish.
The distinctive design of the Grip Cap retains the ASP Baton
in a wet hand or when the officer is fatigued. Initially designed for officers
who work in a marine environment, the enlarged cap provides improved retention
and increased control in all operational settings.
PERFORMANCE
No other retention cap is as compact and projection free as
the ASP Grip Cap. There is no protruding arm to become caught on equipment.
There is no sharp radial edge. The clean appearance of the Grip Cap allows snag
free carry and a smooth draw. The cap provides increased control, improved retention
and a flat plane striking surface.
