The ultimate Camouflage
Next time you spend some time enjoying
nature, you will notice that nothing around you has perfectly straight
lines. Everything is either curved, crooked, bent or jagged.
When you put a hunter with a rifle
beside it, they are instantly noticable. That is,
without the proper clothing to offset this unnaturalness.
Of course, most everyone is familiar
with the standard camouflage clothing. A set of pants and jacket
with patterns that mimic nature in an attempt to offsetting the
unnatural form of the hunter and his gear.
And this type of clothing does work.
But if you want to go full out and become part of your surroundings,
this can only be accomplished with what is known as a ghillie suit.
 Ghillie
suits are used most professionally by military snipers. The human
form is the most unnatural occurrance in nature and the sniper knows
that with the proper suit, a person can walk right by
and not know he is there.
The advantage you can gain over
your target never ceases to amaze first time users,
like the hunter who had a deer within five feet of himself.
Airsoft and paintball players are
continually impressed with the effectiveness of the Bushrag
suits. Some of these suits are used by the military and experiences
of being stepped on and walked over during scenario games are common.
Before purchasing your own, analyze
the environment around you in order to choose the suit with the
proper pattern. You will generally have 4 patterns to choose from
and must carefully choose the pattern that most perfectly matches
the environment you will be using it in.
