If you receive your order and its not what you expected, then simply contact us for a Return Authorization Number within 15 days. As soon as we receive your item, your card will be credited with the purchase price. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. There is a 15% restock fee for undamaged items.
If the item is damaged, you get to choose from a refund or an exchange of the same item.
Shipping
Shipping is done by UPS Ground and will be $8.50 for all orders. USPS priority mail is also available during checkout and is calculated based upon the location the order will be shipped to. Please select Priority mail only for PO BOXES, Military orders. Alaska and Hawaii.
ASP Products cannot be shipped out of the US.
